The process: weaving-testing-heat setting-calendering-scouring-resin coating and clippers   fixing. The product's breaking strength is very strong.
Tortuosity proof, acid proof, alkali proof, high temperature proof, and running stability are   good.
We can also provide stainless clippers and clipper fixing machines. We can provide different   size of slippers and resin.
There are two types of tools for clipper fixing:
1.Clippers: adopts 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel wire
2.Reinforce resin:
(1).Appearance is white or transparent
(2).Chemical characters are stable, and stand for alternation of heat and cold (-60-100)
(3).Thermal meltability is good, soften point is high, easy for forming
(4).After heated and vulcanized, the adhesive connection power is strong. Solidify time is   around 2 minutes.
(5).The tenacity is good; strength is high, anti-abrasion, and anti-aging.
(6).Anti-medium, anti-hydrolyzation, anti-acid and anti-alkali
(7).The product is mono-component, innocuous, and non-volatile
(8).Storage period is around 36 months, should be stocked in the condition of cool and   ventilative places.
