The dust bag is the heart of the bag dust collector during operation. Usually, a cylindrical pulse filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. Some large particles of dust are separated by inertia and fall directly into the ash hopper. Dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the box. Most of the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material , and then discharged from the air outlet. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent the filter bag from collapsing. At the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.

Precautions for dust bag installation
1. Old cloth bags of the new process should not be mixed, to avoid different damage time and affect the normal operation of the dust removal equipment.
2. Aging of cloth bags. Mainly due to the following reasons, a cause investigation is needed, corresponding measures are taken and the dust filter bag is replaced.
1).Due to abnormal high temperature and hardening shrinkage; 2). Due to contact with the acid, alkali or organic solvent vapor reaction; 3).React with moisture.
3. The filter cloth should not be hung too tightly or too tightly. It is easy to accumulate dust if it is too loose.
4.Replace the cloth bag, blow it with compressed air first, and then check if there are any holes. After the holes are repaired, leave them for replacement. As dust
Rinse the cloth bag, rinse it with water, and leave it for replacement after drying.
5.Blockage of dust bag. When the bag is clogged, the resistance increases, which can be expressed by the reading of the differential pressure gauge. Cloth Closure
plugs are the main cause of wear, perforation, and shedding of bags. The cause of the clogging of the dust bag is checked and repaired as follows.
1).Temporarily strengthen the dust removal to solve the clogging of the bag; 2).Replace the bag partially or completely; 3).Adjust the installation and operating conditions.
