Mingchi HP (Non-separator HEPA filter) is applied in environments like cleanrooms which require high standards of air flow and particulate control, which adopt super fine waterproof fire retardant fiberglass media. The hot melt adhesive is to ensure same distances between pleats to get uniform air velocity and to achieve large dust holding capacity. We are proud that our non-separator HEPA filters will not be delivered before their efficiencies are tested by the laser particle counter and 100% pass leakage test.
