Part 1
Ultrasonic welding machine install and use
1) Connect
 Joint the machine and generator together via the electric line, connect with the power and air compressor.

2) Ultrasonic testing
Press the OSC CHECK button in the generator,2-3 seconds, check the AMPLITUDE, if the OVERLOAD light off, and the AMPLITUDE pointer shows in three pitches, that means the machine is normal. If the OVERLOAD light on ,and the AMPLITUDE pointer shows to more than 3 pitches, that means the machine abnormal, first make sure the horn is tightly install in the machine or not, then open the gate in generator , slowly turn the first screw in the left, press the OSC CHECK, if the OVERLOAD light down , that means the machine is ok.

3) Install
A. Choose the Function button to MANUAL, and adjust the PRESSURE TO 0.4MPA.Put your hands in the green button WELD DOWN, means start.

B. Install the collar horn and bottom mold in the machine, make sure tightly.

4) Ultrasonic testing
Press the OSC CHECK button in the generator,2-3 seconds, check the AMPLITUDE, if the OVERLOAD light off, and the AMPLITUDE pointer shows in three pitches, that means the machine is normal. If the OVERLOAD light on ,and the AMPLITUDE pointer shows to more than 3 pitches, that means the machine abnormal, first make sure the horn is tightly install in the machine or not, then open the gate in generator , slowly turn the first screw in the left, press the OSC CHECK, if the OVERLOAD light down , that means the machine is ok.

5) Setup
Press the STOP UP button ,let the machine reset, Now, make the PRESSURE data to 0.6-0.7, the DELAY data to 200, the WELD data to 180, the HOLD data to 110, and put the fabric on the mold , change the instruction button from MANUAL to AUTO, now you can start to weld.
The weld time depends on the fabric thickness, you can change the time depends on your fabris.

Part Two
Air-hot machine
      PE fabric weld temperature range 260 centigrade to 265 centigrade

Turn off
1) Turn off the heating button
2) Let the machine cooling automatic
3) After 30 minutes , then turn off the power switch
